Meet the Dental Team
Rashpal Deol, DDS
Dr. Deol practiced dentistry in India where he earned a Bachelor of Dental Science, Master of Dental Science, and Doctor of Dental Science. He was an associate professor of dentistry in India, and ran a successful practice in Chico before relocating to San Ramon. Dr. Deol is in the process of completing a Master of Science in orofacial pain and oral medicine at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Dr. Deol is passionate about dentistry, and works to keep up with new techniques and technology in order to provide patients the best care. He believe the greatest reward in dentistry is seeing his patients smile.
A well respected member of the dental community, Dr. Deol has extensive training in all dental specialties, holds memberships in the American Dental Association, State of California Dental Association, and the Contra Costa Dental Society. Dr. Deol shares his extensive training and skill with his peers as a Mentoring dentist at CEREC doctors, the largest organization in the world focused on teaching computer assisted design and manufacture (CAD/CAM) dentistry.
Dr. Deol is happily married to fellow dentist, Adarsh Kaur. They have two children. Their daughter, Mehr, is attending medical school in Philadelphia, and son, Bisman, is a senior at Monte Vista HS. In his spare time, Dr. Deol enjoys running, gardening, and photography.
Priscilla, Business Manager, Front Office
Priscilla has lived in the San Ramon Valley since 1972. Her work experience includes various facets of real estate sales, appraising and construction, assistant to managers of state public health, and as the front desk in dental environments. She loves getting to know our patients -- from their families and hobbies to their travel plans! Priscilla firmly believes dental health affects a person’s overall health and she seeks to educate patients in the necessity of good oral hygiene. When she’s not working, Priscilla likes to walk her dog, Lady, play golf, and spend time with friends.
Ashley, Treatment Coordinator, Front Office
Ashley has worked in the dental field for 11 years and counting. She has experience at the front desk as well as assisting when needed. Ashley is uniquely qualified to present and explain diagnosed treatment thanks to her education at the Galen Dental Assisting School. When she’s not answering calls with “How may I brighten your smile?”, you will find Ashley shopping for deals online or finding creative projects to do at home.
Anne, Registered Dental Hygienist
Anne has 24 years of experience in the dental field, with 14 of those spent as a hygienist and 10 years as a dental assistant. She graduated from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill with an associate’s degree and is currently pursuing her BS at CSEB. Anne appreciates the team atmosphere at Oakridge Dental as well as our mission to advocate for total wellbeing. When she is not hard at work, Anne enjoys spending time with family, snow skiing, golfing, cycling, and photography.
Binder, Registered Dental Hygienist
Binder began her career in dentistry as an assistant in 1985, before advancing to a hygienist some years later. Her work is distinguished by the personalized attention and dedication to quality that she brings along with it. Binder focuses on improving her patients’ overall health while helping them maintain great oral hygiene. In her free time, Binder enjoys being with family, traveling, and attending classical Indian concerts.
Claudia, Registered Dental Assistant
Claudia has an impressive 32 years of experience as a dental assistant. She obtained her first license in 1988 and continued on to receive her Expanded Function License in 2000. She says she has always loved working as a chairside dental assistant and will continue to do so for as long as she can. Her favorite aspects of her job are interacting with patients as well as comforting and reassuring them. Claudia has 3 daughters and enjoys being outdoors, especially running and hiking.
Oksana, Registered Dental Assistant
Oksana was born and raised in Russia. She moved to the United States in 2007, worked as a dental assistant for several years, and then received her RDA license in 2015. She says she enjoys making her patients feel special. Oksana also loves to learn new things and plans to obtain her Expanded Function 2 license in the near future. Oksana is married with two children and, in her freetime, she enjoys hiking and exploring.
