Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder where an individual\u2019s breathing repeatedly stops and restarts. In most cases, sleep apnea is the result of the airway becoming blocked in some manner; this is referred to as obstructive sleep apnea, or OSA for short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
